PD has its highest institution, the National Council, and I made a decision to stop the process that had started from a part for the election of the president. Today, a statement from the PD branch was released, saying that we are building structures. How could there have been a National Assembly when there was none. I identified Democrats at that meeting. I have identified Democrats in that room. Some had also gone with their family members. But the vast majority are not members of the DP Assembly. It has nothing to do with party institutions," said Bardhi.
