Fatmir Mediu, the leader of the PR, one of the DP's allies, was the first to climb the improvised podium on the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard, as the opposition protests against the Rama Government.
Mediu said that in this protest we are not for the government, but for the state of the Albanians. "American Republicans will support us for free and fair elections, for a justice system that is not used against the opposition, for a NATO member country that is not corrupt or where drugs are trafficked," said Mediu. The Republican leader has called on every opposition member to knock on the door of every Albanian, to unite all together.
He said that Albanians must tear down the dirty wall and take their destinies into their own hands. "We must restore Albanians' faith in God, which is the greatest, most indisputable value," he said. Mediu said that we must return to the family, we do not have Parent 1, 2, 3, 4.
"We owe it to the owners to return their properties. Albanians have only one way: to unite as Albanians," said Mediu.
