Supporters of the opposition and citizens have gathered in front of Shkodra Municipality and marched along the pedestrian street.
The opposition has moved the protests to Shkodër. Unlike "civil disobedience", this time a protest march against crime is being held.
The rally comes after the serious event that happened earlier this week, where 3 people were killed, including innocent people.
Arlind Bushati and Hamza Lici lost their lives as a result of the shooting. Meanwhile, the husband of the citizen Flutura Basha, who lost his life, Bashkim Basha, is in a serious condition in the hospital.
Supporters of the opposition and citizens gathered in front of Shkodra City Hall and then marched along the pedestrian street holding a banner with the text: " Civilization is stronger than crime." They are killing us, we need a reaction ".
DP deputies such as Luciano Boçi, Dhurata Çuli, Edmond Spaho, Ramadan Lika, Lindita Metaliaj, Gazment Bardhi, etc. have joined the protest.
" Shkodra must express its revolt, its anger, there is no time to be silent, to obey. We need a civil and political disobedience ", said Luciano Boçi.
While Gazment Bardhi said that every citizen should express his disagreement with the power that organized crime has taken.
The head of the DP Parliamentary Group said that this is more evident in Shkodër because of the connections between crime and politics.
" The event that happened a few days ago creates terror. Today we are in a peaceful gathering to oppose the power that organized crime takes, not only in Shkodër, but everywhere in Albania. Each of us must protest ," said Bardhi.
The General Secretary of DP, Flamur Noka, said that every murder in Shkodër has a political background.
" Shkodra is under the clutches of state crime. Every murder that takes place in Shkodra has a political background, everything is done to clear the way for Edi Rama to come to the top of the list tomorrow. As he was last term at the top of the list of Durrës and the whole list of Durrës was determined by organized crime, this scenario is trying to be brought to Shkodër. Everything happened on Wednesday afternoon in Dobraç, Shkodra, where on the main road that connects the city with Malesia e Madhe, at least one vehicle blocked the road of a "Mercedes" by firing Kalashnikov bursts at it. The victims are Hamza Lici, who died at the scene, Arlind Bushati, who died in the hospital, and Flutura Basha, who was a passerby on that road, while she was with her husband on a motorcycle.
Meanwhile, the latter, identified as Bashkim Basha, is seriously injured.
Hamza Lici was the driver and Arlind Bushati was the passenger in the victim's car. Lici lost control of the car, taking money and the motorbike in which the Basha couple was.
