Prime Minister Edi Rama has admitted that apartments are being sold in the air in Durrës. All of these are people who buy with a bank, they don't buy with a check. If we refer to construction and sales in Tirana today and I believe you have heard it from developers, today buying with cash does not exist in Tirana. It does not happen, you cannot buy with cash in Tirana. Because the system of strengthening money has also been strengthened extremely much, which has taken us out of the gray list. It is enough to refer to all the transactions that are made. They are bank transactions ," said Rama.
He said that there is an interest in Albania that will grow. Rama also spoke about foreign funds that want to invest in Albania.
" Albania has an extraordinary interest that will only increase at least for a period of time. Tirana in the first place. I have personally met several foreign funds, not investors, who are interested in investing in the purchase of apartments in Albania. German funds for example. English funds ," said Rama.
According to Rama, foreigners appreciate some things that seem surreal in Albania, but for Europeans it will be an important "commodity".
" I have said many years ago that there will come a moment in this Europe that we have, a moment will come when there will be a commodity that will be the most important, security, tranquility. It seems surreal, but it is so. Security, tranquility and being in the middle of Europe at very short distances and everything else that foreigners value so much, we do not value ," said Rama.
