Rama's maneuver uses the opening of chapters with the EU to empower the "Xhafaj" commission!
Edi Rama has no intention of withdrawing from the "Xhafaj" commission. Although he was boycotted by the entire justice system and also received a lot of criticism from the international community, Rama has put plan B into play.
The Prime Minister will use the opening of group-chapters with the EU to bring the commission back into play. Among the chapters that were opened today are those 23 and 24 that deal with the rule of law. So we need a review of the laws and the work of justice institutions, in order to adapt them to the EU legislation. It seems that this is exactly what Xhafaj will do. This means that the integration towards the EU will be in his hands.
Rama has openly warned of such a thing in a reaction on social networks.

Since the idea of the "Xhafaj" commission was thrown, it was known that it was a maneuver to interfere with justice. The EU and the US have asked for a dialogue with the opposition, which has boycotted the commission. He also put a red line that the reform should not be affected. On the other hand, SPAK, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, the ILD or the General Prosecutor's Office refused to send experts to the commission. Despite all this, Rama signaled to us now that the commission will continue its work and it will also have EU integration in hand, since if chapters 23 and 24 are not concluded, it will not continue. / Pamphlet
