The Assembly has made a "coup" against Lulzim Basha. Although the latter gathered the party bodies declaring himself the chairman of the PD and group chairman, the Assembly does not recognize these changes.
Today there was a clash at the Conference of Speakers, as both Flutura Açka and Gazment Bardhi, both as DP group leaders, went to the meeting. But the Assembly is known to have allowed Bardhi to enter the meeting without recognizing Flutura Açka. She was invited to this meeting as the head of the media committee, but she refused to participate in this position and left the meeting.
In the two sessions held by the Assembly, there were debates after Basha informed the Speaker of the Assembly that Flutura Açka is the leader of the group. The moment Nikola announced the request, there were debates and the president withdrew. But it seems something has changed behind the scenes. Today, the Assembly notified Bardhi by e-mail about the meeting, thereby making a "coup" to Basha.
A few days ago, "Pamphlet" wrote that the Assembly is faced with a number of issues and negotiations have started. The first is the People's Advocate. The Bardhi group has shown interest in negotiations with the majority, while Basha has not. Meanwhile, Basha's own group has promised to vote for the salary increase for members of the Constitutional Court.
Electoral reform is also at stake. Bardhi removed Alibeaj from the special commission and proposed Bylykbashi. So a game of bargaining has started and it seems that now the majority is playing by going where there is interest. / Pamphlet
