Rama: Pseudo-patriots will be forgotten, Hashim Thaçi's name will

Prime Minister Edi Rama, through a post on social media, considers it an injustice that those who fought for the freedom of Kosovo must face the court in The Hague to prove that the fight for freedom is not a crime.

Expressing maximum support for Hashim Thaçi, Rama considers what is happening in The Hague to be a shame for international justice.

"Isn't it terrifying to think that the saviors of a time when the very existence of Kosovo was on the edge of the long knife of historical injustice against Albanians, must appear before a court that is completely different from the object for which it was established, to prove that the fight for freedom is not a crime, that rebellion against a national-socialist dictatorship is not a sin, that the new and sovereign state of Kosovo did not emerge from the womb of a criminal enterprise, but from the blood of a liberation army?!

"What a shame for international justice and even worse for the digital Albanians, fans blinded by supposedly patriotic stupidity, who even behind the bars of this screaming injustice, see and treat Hashim Thaçi as a political enemy, wishing him never to leave there again; while when their reputation and reputation have been forgotten and that court has only the stain of historical shame left, Hashim's name will forever remain as the name of the man who became one with the fate, freedom and independence of Kosovo," Rama writes.
