If Albanians have a strong, real, legal and logical motive to commit civil disobedience, it is the action of not paying the tax of 14 thousand 400 Lek with VAT per year for RTSH, which the state extorted by force through the energy bill electric.
Because this year, the new director of RTSH, captain Alfred Peza, with the blessing and silence of Bablok, for the first time in the history of the national state television, has decided not to broadcast the matches of the Super League nor the European Championship 2024, where our team will participate national.
The leader of the ruling party has taken this decision as if RTSH has a private television, while the prime minister is silent as if he has his own ERTV, and not, as it really is, a public television financed by the taxes of Albanians.
Why not broadcast the Albanian championship of the football super league and any kind of national and international sports activity in which Albania participates, when RTSH is financed through the state budget and a tax of 14,400 lek per year, which is forcibly taken from every family and business for VAT?!
According to the financial statement, it turns out that RTSH is financed every year with 6.7 billion lek from the state budget, which are public taxes; and collects 14 billion ALL per year from the RTSH tax.
While the captain director Alfred Peza has decided that RTSH will not buy the right to broadcast the national championship; and for the first time, not even the broadcast of the 2024 European Championship where the National Team will participate.
The logical and even legal question, which is asked of the monster of media and political perversity Alfred Peza and his godfather Edi Rama, is this:
- Why do Albanians pay, and why should they continue to pay, 14 billion lek a year in taxes for RTSH and 6.7 billion lek in taxes from the budget for RTSH, when it does not even broadcast football matches?!
But in a bargain with the media mafia, the broadcast of Euro-2024 and the matches of the National Team inside and outside Albania was left to "TV-Klan" of Aleksandër Frangaj, while the broadcast of the Superliga was left to "MCN-TV" of Aleksandër Meks. instead of broadcasting it himself and selling it to private media with thousands of Euros of profit, as the state televisions of every country do.
RTSH even has a channel "RTSH Sport" with 97 employees, which spends 1.8 million euros per year on salaries, cars, fuel, telephones and diet, and does not broadcast any matches of the super league and the national team, but only tapes of old sports activities from the world./ Pamphlet
