The President of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, reacted a day after SPAK accused the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, by also communicating the accusation of corruption.
In a statement to the media, Ilir Meta says that the accusations against the leader of the opposition are political and dictated by Prime Minister Edi Rama with the aim of annihilating the opposition.
"Yesterday's decision of the SPAK criminal organization under the leadership of Altin Duman to indict without evidence, facts and documents the historical leader of the Democratic Party, professor Dr. Sali Berisha, is nothing more than a political accusation dictated by Edi Rama in order to his electoral agenda with the aim of annihilating the opposition and political pluralism by any means", said Meta.
