After almost ten months in prison, former MP Ervin Salianji returned to the media today.
Asked about the political situation in "Opinion", Salianji said that the Democratic Party has not done everything well. According to him, "you can lose, but you have to fight."
" Yes, the Democratic Party has not done everything well. There were certain places where it was taken lightly. So it was thought that the rotation would come alone. You can lose, but you have to fight. I have said it once again. You go into battle, you fight, you come like this, the way the entire state was organized against one party. It makes it difficult, not to say impossible. But it is better to fall into battle than to fall asleep. You are more honorable ," said Salianji.
Asked what position he would seek in the Democratic Party, Salianji replied, "none." He said he would continue to engage in public and political activity.
Salianji was released from prison on July 8, after almost 10 months in prison. The decision was made by the Fier Court, where a hearing was held to review his request for conditional release. Salianji had already served 2/3 of his sentence and had 3 months left to serve the full sentence.
