Former MP Lefter Maliqi, through a post on social networks, expresses appreciation for the Court and Prosecutor's Office of Berat, describing them as institutions that have shown impartiality, professionalism and honesty during the review of judicial cases.
He announces that after 3 years of legal proceedings, he has won 5 lawsuits filed against him by Salillari and Kreshnik Hajdari. He considers this a moral, media, political and partly legal victory.
In his statement, Maliqi emphasizes that the legal battle is not over and that it will continue at the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), at the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime, as well as at the Central Election Commission (CEC) and the Board of Appeals and Sanctions (KAS).
He adds that he has also received decisions in his favor in the Tirana Administrative Court, the Supreme Court, and the KAS.
In the same statement, Maliqi formulates accusations against the mayor of Kuçova, Kreshnik Hajdari, claiming that he has committed abuses of public funds and demands the invalidity of his mandate, dismissal from office and legal punishment. He also mentions projects that, according to him, have a value of over 6 million euros, mentioning "Sineci" and "Viola Green".

Today, after 3 years, I win all 5 lawsuits against me by Salillari and Hajdari at the head of the looted Municipality of Kuçova and 1 lawsuit in the Court of Tirana!
We have won the moral, media, and political battle, while the legal battle, won by over 50%, will continue in SPAK, in the Special Court at SPAK, in the CEC and the KAS. We have also won the battle in the Tirana Administrative Court and the High Court, as well as in the KAS!
No step back in protecting the vote and up to legal punishment, not only the invalidity of the mandate and dismissal of Hajdari, who is still being defended with lobbying by lawyers, oligarchs and politicians, and I assure you that justice will be served for the convicted, incompetent, abusive Hajdari and he will be held accountable for the tax abuses of the citizens of Kuçova, millions of euros, where Sineci and "Viola Green" alone exceed 6 Million Euros!
