The Democratic Party of Elbasan branch has provided an explanation regarding the incident that occurred at the closing campaign meeting in this city, where dozens of people were involved in a violent confrontation.
According to the DP, the stadium guard did not open the doors of the complex to light some fireworks on the terrace, which was agreed upon with the club's president, and in this way, the DP supporters violated the guard.
"We had decided to throw fireworks on the stadium terrace. The guard intentionally did not open the stadium door. I contacted the club president and he resolved the issue. During this time, a fight occurred with the stadium guard," the Elbasan branch of the Democratic Party said in a statement.
