Democrat Luciano Boçi, speaking about the postponement of Berisha's case in GJKKO, stated that this postponement was intentional.
Boçi emphasizes that the final goal of the new justice is to remove Berisha's mandate, adding that justice has been captured.
" The obstacles presented by GJKKO are no longer eaten by anyone. Postponing the hearing for legal reasons, of course the decision is illegal. This shows that there is a final political goal. Their final goal is to remove Sali Berisha's mandate. The goal is that Berisha does not come to the parliament and if he does not come for 6 months, his mandate is removed. The bottom line is that justice has been served. Judge Gjoka is in a conflict of interest with Berisha. Just for the morale of the new justice, it could have been a different judge. Ms. Gjoka has also been convicted in Greece and has been deported from the Greek state. Gjoka's position has been aggravated in relation to the law ," Boçi said.
Speaking about the changes to the status, which are expected to be approved during the next day, Boçi said that the opposition is moving towards unification. He said that the changes were always made based on the will of the vote.
" The process of uniting the opposition is being realized. The MPs have made requests for statutory changes. The presidency will discuss the proposals for changes to the statute. The part of the Presidency is enriched with those who are leaders of Parliamentary Commissions or are vice-presidents of Parliamentary Commissions. The Presidency will decide and the National Council will approve or disapprove the decisions. We are in an unusual situation today. The truth will come out tomorrow from the Presidency and the National Council. The changes were made based on the will of the vote ," said Boçi, invited to the Opinion column on News 24.
