Analyst Neritan Alibali has warned that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha will not cooperate with SPAK at all.
He also made a comparison regarding the situation created between Berisha and SPAK, which he considers to be a game of cat and mouse.

Neritan Alibali: It is hard to say that it will last in time. In terms of interest, SPAK has an interest in closing it as soon as possible. But keep in mind that it does not end with the decision of the Court of First Instance. If Berisha is convicted, it will be taken to the Constitutional Court and then to Strasbourg.
