Rama seems to have given Veliaj the "proverb of vindication" of "pears behind his back", emphasizing that in the case of the "5D" file, in the Municipality of Tirana, the responsibility is individual.
Prime Minister Edir Rama has come to the defense of the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Velija, regarding the arrest of the latter's two former directors by SPAK.
Rama seems to have delivered to Veliaj, the "proverb of vindication" of "pears behind the back", stressing that in the case of the "5D" file, in the Municipality of Tirana, responsibility is individual.
Through a reaction on the "X" social network, Rama declared that this is an old communist mentality and that everyone has individual responsibility before the law. He even blamed the opposition for the accusations directed at Veliaj, calling them "media killers".
" We have nothing to do with this, as long as the slanders of politicians and the denigration of media killers have become part of our public life, turned into a jungle where the first does not understand the second, where arguments are not debated it is only propagated with accusations and shouted to prevent the other from speaking, where the freedom of expression has become the freedom of slander, where slanderers are not punished either by law or by custom, except by voting, they only dominate with insolence, even in the Canon of of Albanians, even in every educational book of democratic civilization, is considered an unforgivable violation ", writes Rama.
He further emphasized that the SP supports SPAK for the arrests and encourages it to continue with its work. Rama also added that these arrests show that SPAK is not controlled by either him or Veliaj.
" So this most recent issue of some former officials and officials of the municipality of Tirana, as well as Erion's right attitude today, with which I wholeheartedly agree, prove once again that we neither control SPAK nor we have no intention of changing the strongly supportive approach for SPAK" , said the Prime Minister.
Rama closed his statement, with the aim of governing until 2030, as from all his statement, Veliaj came out the most innocent!

I could not agree more with what the mayor Erion Veliaj said today to the citizens of Tirana, in the direct message regarding the ban by SPAK of some former directors and directors of the municipality!
The old communist mentality, unfortunately still very present in the way of seeing the other as the enemy that must be destroyed (thanks to the bitter legacy in a whole segment of Albanian politics and media of a fanatical communist, converted into the leader of the whole that segment from the first day of pluralism until today) filled with coffeehouse gossip, the gossip of interested parties and the interests of criminals, through screens and portals that resemble the lightning bolt boards of communism, daily produces mud and poison with the issues of justice! We have nothing to do with this as long as the slanders of politicians and the denigrations of media killers have become part of our public life, turned into a jungle where the first does not understand the second, where arguments are not debated. it is only propagated with accusations and shouted to prevent the other from speaking, where freedom of expression has become freedom of slander, where slanderers are not punished either by law or by custom, except by vote, they only dominate with insolence, even in the old Canon of Albanians, even in every educational book of democratic civilization, is considered an unforgivable violation.
But today is again the occasion to say out loud that our support for SPAK is not propaganda, but iron political will; our stance without comment, every time SPAK strikes within the structures of the executive at any level, is not cowering, nor fear, but an exemplary expression of the red line between us, the party that governs and leads the Reform in Justice and the New Justice that has all our support; SPAK's strikes against anyone in the ranks of the executive, at any level of government, who has violated the law and betrayed our mission in the service of this country and this people, we do not experience them as horrors, nor as collective guilt, but as an invaluable help in a fight against corruption, which until yesterday we could not do as much and as it should, precisely because the arm of independent justice was missing!
So even this most recent issue of some former officials and officials of the municipality of Tirana, and Erion's right attitude today, with which I wholeheartedly agree, prove once again that we neither control SPAK, nor we intend to change the strongly supportive approach to SPAK, nor do we comment anything regarding the veracity of SPAK's accusations, for anyone that SPAK takes as defendants, nor do we have anything to do with the opinions of the political and media segments, which produces mud and poison every day in parliamentary sessions, television shows and digital channels, where all kinds of spawns of the dark inquisitorial mindset, make us trials like those of communism, trying to put us all in every bag of corruption that opens from SPAK!
We are in this task to make the European Albania 2030 with real reforms, great efforts, absolute determination and with all the forces of the executive, the judiciary and the legislature, where the jobs are divided and where the glory be to God, to the people who strongly supported the opening of the path of Justice Reform and the Socialist Party, which entered the sea on foot to open this path, now we are no longer the country where for 100 or so years it was never investigated and judged by an independent justice, not even one person with political power or connection with him!
Therefore, let the dogs bark, Albania will move forward, with the Socialist Party government that will only move forward, with the New Justice that must only move forward, without leaving anyone who uses party flags, left and right, up or down, to derive illegal benefits for oneself or one's relatives, working for the state with a visible pocket for income from work and a hidden pocket for money obtained through corruption
