Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha left this afternoon from the DP headquarters and went to his apartment, as he stayed there for more than three hours, after the closing of the plenary session and the decision to remove his immunity.
Meanwhile, regarding SPAK's decision to arrest him, Berisha said that it is a completely unconstitutional process and added that he will take every measure and that he will give an answer to Prime Minister Edi Rama.
He also said that the conversation with the MPs is private, while emphasizing that the DP will take every measure to give the deserved answer to Edi Rama.
"I am in constant contact with them. You saw what the law was, you saw it! Whoever reads the procedure and heads an unconstitutional gang in action. DP will take every measure for the well-deserved response to Rama. Private conversations cannot be an object... Today or never, I have no secrets. The reaction of the deputies is excellent... Matters that will be discussed with the lawyers where I will carry out the arrest, at home or at the headquarters , "said Berisha.
Let us remind you that this morning the Assembly voted in favor of removing Berisha's immunity, thus paving the way for SPAK to request a more severe coercive measure for the former prime minister.
