DP MP Jorida Tabaku has accused the majority of violating the Assembly's rules of procedure.
During her speech, Tabaku said that the parliamentary committee for the Monitoring of Independent Institutions is unconstitutional and in violation of the Assembly's regulations.
"The DP Parliament Group has requested a motion for the Speaker of Parliament and a motion with debate on the government program and an interpellation on the government program for EU integration.
I think we should focus on the demands that were discussed at the Conference of Mayors.
"We had a debate at the Conference of Speakers on the responsibility of Parliamentary Committees. The Committee for Monitoring Independent Institutions is unconstitutional and in violation of the rules of procedure of the Assembly. There is only one responsible Committee, as the rules state in articles 37 and 38, the Responsible Committee, which is responsible for reporting on institutions. There are no parliamentary committees of first and second importance, all of them have the same importance," said Tabaku.
