The deputy of the Democratic Party, Flutura Açka, said that the people present who caused the tension after the PD leadership meeting must have had reasons for being irritated.
According to her, the focus should not be kept only on the aggravation of the situation, but also on a wider panorama.
Moderator Erla Mëhilli, on the other hand, even though she is the host of the show, appeared as Berishë's spokesperson and told the democratic deputy that she was surprised by this attitude and that she expected Açka to denounce the denigration.
She mentioned that Jorida Tabaku was verbally attacked very severely, even mentioning the children.
"It was a marathon meeting inside, in general our meetings are long because they are meetings where people talk until the end. It has been 8 hours and it has not been insulted. What were outside could have been people from the Democratic Party and they were worried," Açka said.
She stated that she distanced herself from what happened outside the presidency meeting, but added that those people were not there by chance and the situation has been getting worse for days.
"Who brought these characters that we do not know, these characters did not come there by chance, there is a reason. Maybe it's an aggravation that has come with days. The media should have been a little more careful with their reporting. It is exaggerated that these are the same people who defended the DP, with whom the DP is armored.
I cannot judge those people, but I want to know why it all happened, I asked several times during the meeting: what do these people want. At one point during the meeting, I came out and saw reporters, not irritated people. I saw what you also saw in the media, but I think it is the aggravation of what has happened for days and as a result of the fatigue of the Democrats. It was not a fight", said Açka.
The deputy of the Democratic Party said that apart from the departure of Gazmend Bardhi, she does not understand the departure of the other deputies.
She described this as irresponsibility, while saying that she herself participated in the meeting on behalf of the concerned democrats of Elbasan.
"I said at the meeting that I will accept what we will decide by consensus together because it is the main thing for us to agree on. At a certain moment, I don't know what happened, I understand Mr. Bardhi because he may have been insulted and hurt with his full right, but I don't understand why the other colleagues left ", Açka said.
