Last week, the Assembly approved changes to the Regulations, changes that have been published today in the Official Gazette. From today these changes have come into force and on Thursday anyone who attempts chaos will be expelled according to the new rules...

Deputies who will attempt riots in Thursday's session risk being excluded from the work of the Assembly for 2 months.

The session of December 21 will be the last for this session, but its importance has to do with the fact that SPAK's request regarding the arrest of Sali Berisha will be examined. The Mandates Council approved SPAK's request today and it will be voted on Thursday.

Sali Berisha has warned of resistance in every session, as there will also be a protest in front of the Assembly on Thursday. Tomorrow Bardhi and Berisha will convene the parliamentary group where the scenarios will be discussed on how to act in the session.

But unlike the previous sessions, this Thursday will be different, since whoever lights the flame risks a 2-month suspension. Last week, the Assembly approved changes to the Regulations, changes that have been published today in the Official Gazette. From today these changes have come into effect and on Thursday anyone who attempts chaos will be expelled according to the new rules.

According to the changes in the Regulation, the disciplinary measure "exclusion from participation in committees and/or in the plenary session for up to 30 days" is given in the cases: when the deputy uses violence against other deputies, members of the Council of Ministers, employees of the session service, Guard of the Republic or media workers; when the deputy through intentional actions damages the equipment and furnishings or removes their logistical functionality in the session/meeting hall; when the deputy repeatedly commits the violations provided for in point 1 of this article within a parliamentary session.

Disciplinary measure "exclusion from participation in committees and/or plenary session for up to 60 days" is given in cases: when the deputy uses pyrotechnic substances or tools, smoke, paints and other similar materials or tools inside the hall the development of the works of the Assembly/the meeting of the commission/within the premises of the Assembly. /Pamphlet
