From the chaos in the session, to the "battle" in court and
Berisha in protest today

Unlike the first security measure, this time the police will have to come into play. Berisha must be escorted to the apartment by the officers, who must make sure that he entered the apartment in order to respect the security measure...

Thursday of this week, it seems, will be a decisive day for the fate of Sali Berisha. The Mandates Council voted in favor of SPAK's request to remove the former prime minister's immunity, a request which will be approved in Thursday's plenary session.

But what is expected to happen on Thursday and in the following days?

The report of the Council of Mandates will be the first item on the agenda and the session should start with it. But on the other hand, it is learned that the opposition will follow the usual scenario. Deputies will try to disrupt the session, through flares and stacking of chairs. Also in front of the Parliament, Berisha called a protest, as he did today. However, it is expected that the report will pass and then the ball will pass to SPAK.

The prosecution will again be before the Special Court. They will go to court with a request for an arrest warrant against Berisha. Arben Kraja said today that they have not yet decided what measure they will request, but the signals are that "house arrest" will be requested.

If the court accepts this request, it is learned that Berisha will follow the same strategy. He will try not to receive her notice, as he did when he was assigned "mandatory appearance".

But unlike the first security measure, this time the police will have to come into play. Berisha must be accompanied to the apartment by the officers, who must make sure that he entered the apartment in order to respect the security measure. It remains to be seen whether Berisha will resist a police escort.

But if he breaks this measure of arrest, then SPAK can ask to put him in a cell, given that the Assembly will give its approval on Thursday. In short, the former prime minister is in trouble and the coming week will be very tiring for him. /Pamphlet
