Thursday of this week, it seems, will be a decisive day for the fate of Sali Berisha. The Mandates Council voted in favor of SPAK's request to remove the former prime minister's immunity, a request which will be approved in Thursday's plenary session.

The prosecution will again be before the Special Court. They will go to court with a request for an arrest warrant against Berisha. Arben Kraja said today that they have not yet decided what measure they will request, but the signals are that "house arrest" will be requested.
