The head of the Socialist Party parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, during today's session in the Assembly, announced a review of the Albanian Criminal Code, following the tragic accident in Durrës, emphasizing that the current penalties are not sufficient for such serious cases.
Ballaq stressed that the institutional response must be immediate, as soon as opportunities for legal changes are created.
I also call on the State Police for a more in-depth analysis of traffic violation cases.
