"Let's leave the People's Parties", Aulon Kalaja's proposal to Berisha: The DP should move further to the right

Aulon Kalaja has revealed that in one of the National Council meetings, he requested that the Democratic Party move further to the right politically.

He stated that he has proposed changes to the DP Constitution and requested the party's departure from the EPP to join the "Patriots for Europe" group.

" I have taken on the responsibility of leading the Krujë-Fushë Krujë branch. At this moment, I have proposed in the National Council to change the Constitution of the DP. I wanted the DP to move further to the right.

I will ask that the DP move further to the right, leave the EPP and join the Patriots for Europe, because we need to make up our minds whether we are with Trump or with Soros.

I await a response from the DP National Assembly on May 30th.

"I have taken on a task and I am doing everything to make that party a winner. I am taking on as much as I can ," he said.
