Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha blocked the podium, while the Guard intervened.

Speaker Spiropali announced a 5-minute break, while calling on the opposition and the majority to discuss without insults.

Spiropali has warned Berisha that if he does not vacate the podium, he will close the discussion and immediately proceed to the vote.
