MP Sula accuses the majority: "The Mountains Package" is entirely for electoral purposes

Democratic MP Dashnor Sula has accused the majority of violating the Electoral Code.

In his speech at the start of today's plenary session, Sula said that the purpose of the "Mountains Package" is entirely related to the May 11 elections.

"You passed through the Laws Committee two days ago, a bill that is in violation of the Electoral Code, the Mountains Package. It is totally for electoral purposes two months before the elections when you had time, you have dragged out the opposition's initiatives for months," he said.
