After 32 years, for the first time the Municipality of Shkodra will be led by SP. Benet Beci, who was declared the winner in the May 14 elections, officially took office on June 19, which also marked the start of his 4-year mandate.
Today, Prime Minister Edi Rama has published some pictures from inside the Shkodra municipality offices, which are seen to be in a catastrophic state.
The images do not need comment, writes Prime Minister Rama, while adding that very soon they will simply be a film of the past in the 'democratic' territory of three decades.
"Good morning and to the interior of the Shkodër City Hall, where the images do not need comment and very soon will be just a movie of the past in the "democratic" territory of three decades, I wish you a day and a Sunday of laughter!'- writes Rama.
Benet Beci was the winner in the May 14 elections, breaking for the first time a bastion of the democrats like Shkodra, defeating the democratic rival Bardh Spahia, with a difference of 11,700 votes.
