Traitors within the party, Meta for harsh language towards Kryemadhi: I attacked the phenomenon, not the individual!

The head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta spoke about political developments, including the Convention in his party that was held a few days ago, where earlier he had declared war on traitors and nepotism.

Invited to the show 'Debate' with "A2CNN", Ilir Meta stated that there was no dismissal from the Party, but a restructuring, as he added that according to the statute, the duties are defined vertically.

" The main topic was the 5 priorities for millions of Albanians that stop depopulation and keep young people here so they don't leave because of taxes. Meritocracy decides on this political force. It was the most democratic convention that happened in Albania. It opened with the song "Për ty Atdhe" and ended with "Ku ka si ty o Albania ime". The convention had a release of energies. What problems did Brahimllari have? He could no longer be vice president as he was not in the charter. This is what happened to Nesho and many others. The party needs clear direction, separate responsibilities, a democratic party needs to have factions. But now there is verticality, the president is the president and everyone has their duty. No one has been fired. It was known that there would be no more traitors. The party is not driven like the bus of Kuç ", said Meta.

Ilir Meta considered the harsh rhetoric towards the former leader of the Freedom Party and his wife, Monika Kryemadhi, as usual in a political action, when denouncing a certain phenomenon, such as nepotism. He further added that he attacked nepotism, as a phenomenon in the party and in the administration, and not Monika Kryemadhi. 

" That work of rhetoric and the way of communication is a choice of mine that has to do with the phenomenon, not with the individual. Kryemadhi has her merits in 2005, she achieved one of the best results with almost 30% in the Combines in front of the Minister of the Interior, she is one of her own contributions that she has joined since she was 17 years old. The only debate has been that Kryemadhi has proposed 30%, we took it to 50% for the support of women ", said Meta on A2 CNN.
