The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has expressed his condolences to the families of the 59 young people who lost their lives in a nightclub yesterday evening in North Macedonia as a result of a fire.
While consoling the families of the victims, Berisha wishes a speedy and full recovery to the 155 injured. He describes this event as a grave tragedy in which 59 young people aged 14-25 lost their lives.
"A serious tragedy in North Macedonia Friends, a serious tragedy has occurred in a friendly country. In a discotheque in the city of Kocani, North Macedonia, 59 young people, aged 14-25, tragically lost their lives in a fire, while 155 others suffered burns of varying degrees and carbon monoxide poisoning. Among them, 18 are in serious condition.
"On this occasion, I express my deepest condolences and those of the Democratic Party to the families of the victims, as well as our solidarity with the local and central authorities of North Macedonia. We also pray for a speedy and full recovery of those injured in this terrible tragedy ," Berisha wrote on Facebook.
