In a society weakened by corruption and political autocracy, which swims in the ocean of human misery, with the mute attitude of the media, it becomes almost impossible to raise public opinion in defense of the victims.
The whole set of institutions that our society has set up, to say the least, are dumb before the political inquisitor.
Let's take the Ombudsman as an example.
Our society pays the Ombudsman, who throughout the two decades of his existence, has never been positioned on the side of the victims in courts of any national or international level, even when the cases become visible phenomena in our social consciousness.
Absent from his duty, with a cynical disregard, not faced with the responsibility that the media should impose, with his absent role, the Ombudsman creates a void, which we see filled by courageous and conscientious jurists. citizens like Karaj, Shabani, etc.
For cases that are very clear from public opinion, such as the Tragedy of Gërdec or the January 21 Murders, it is best known by whom they were committed and why.
In this context, we can neglect detailed explanations, since the reader, knowing best who are responsible for these crimes, follows the course of events without difficulty.
On the one hand we have the use of violence, intimidation, murder, blackmail and on the other hand the pain of the victims.
What surprises is the Media.
How is it possible to give the right to speak endlessly to those political individuals or those with privileged connections to politics, who have committed violence in the eyes and knowledge of the whole society, such as the cases of the tragedy of Gërdec and January 21, but not at all their victims?!
How is it possible that there is no media space for the victims, let alone equal to the space that the media gives to their inquisitors?!
How is it possible that no journalist has interrogated the People's Advocate to place him in front of public responsibility regarding the above-mentioned events?!
How is it possible that so much media space is given to Fatmir Mediu and his illegal, immoral attitudes, characterized by criminal negligence and irresponsibility, and so many victims of the Gërdec tragedy are left in oblivion?!
How is it possible that the former prime minister Berisha, thinking that the trivialization of crime reduces it, went to the television studio, and in his criminal stupidity, with a weak articulation of our native language, declared that he would kill again and more , the statement that in the century in which we live, we no longer encounter even the dictators of backward countries and the journalists did not react, at least by leaving in protest?!
How is it possible that today we endlessly see in the media those few followers of "Non Grata" Berisha, talking about
"democracy and basic human rights", and nothing about the stories of the victims caused by these political monsters?!
The media is considered as the fourth power and should play a very important role in the formation of public opinion and in the influence exercised in making decisions of high social interest.
Never, like today, has her role carried such a decisive mission in the cause of social awareness for the future of the country!/ Pamphlet
