Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has asked his people to prepare for civil disobedience until the departure of Edi Rama.
Even today, Berisha came out of the window to speak from house arrest, where he gave signals that in the 2025 elections they will not agree to go with Rama as prime minister. According to Berisha, there can be no election with him, that's why he asked for mobilization to overthrow him.
" Take the turn, your turn is the salvation of Albania. Let no one think of walking like a somnambulist towards Edi Rama's elections. The one who thinks to sleepily go with Edi Rama in the elections, he de facto signs his next theft and this would be the terrible, final failure of the opposition. Therefore, every hour, every day we have to do everything for our mobilization, to do everything for our commitment in civil disobedience, in the battle without return to overthrow the narcocracy, to walk safely as free people, towards free elections. To free Albania from this regime, from the George Soros mafia and the international mafia.
Albania only as a country of free people, of people who vote and their vote is voted honestly and counts. Only as a country of people with dignity can it be a dignified partner of its neighbors and friends in Europe and the world ," he said.
