Shkruar nga PamfletiDemocratic leader Sali Berisha articulated harsh accusations against SPAK leader Altin Dumani, while referring to a last-minute message that had arrived on his cell phone from the digital citizen.
While Dumani left after completing his report to the Assembly and answering over 65 questions addressed to him, Berisha, taking the floor, said that he would read a message accusing the head of SPAK of a 5 million euro deal in connection with the file of citizen Kreshnik Farruku from Manza.
"Finally, since he escaped, because he has all of you, sinners, in his hands, now I will read a citizen's message about him:
'Doctor, good evening. A source from the prosecution informed me tonight about a case under investigation. Altin Dumani has made a deal for 5 million euros in relation to the file of citizen Kreshnik Farruku from Manza, Durrës, friend and associate of Xhevdet Troplini and Elvis Troplini.
This citizen is under investigation in the Italian state for three episodes. In Savona, Genoa, and Ancona, where large quantities of cocaine were seized.
There is also criminal proceedings in the Italian state for this fact and the Durrës court has imposed a security measure for extradition.
Subsequently, SPAK, after the 5 million, began proceedings for the same facts that occurred in the Italian state and imposed a security measure.
On 11.5.2025, the Supreme Court, in return for a large sum of money, lifted his arrest order and released him from custody.
Dumani has promised to pass responsibility to his brother by manipulating encrypted phone calls and attributing them to his brother.
The settlement amount will be converted into precious stones, diamonds.
"The person where Dumani invests his income is his wife's uncle, Anton Pango, a person with a criminal record," the message read by Berisha states.
Following this, the democratic leader read another passage, claiming that they are part of the SPAK file.
