The head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, commented on the ODIHR report on the May 11 elections, the November 9 elections in 5 municipalities in the country, and the expected innovations.
Celibashi said that everything is ready for the November 9 elections that will be held in 5 municipalities in the country and that electronic voting will continue in unit 10.
He announced that this time there will also be an experiment in counting votes through artificial intelligence.
"We will have fast processing of the results. This process is much less burdensome. And we are aiming to test the counting of ballots using artificial intelligence, this will be an experiment. The result will be the one that comes as part of the manual counting of ballots," Celibashi said on A2 CNN.
