Former MP Myslim Murrizi has reacted sharply to Altin Dumani's reporting in the Assembly. According to him, questions should not be limited to technical details, as some prosecutors avoid answers by relying on "investigative secrets".
Murrizi emphasizes that during the discussions, all phenomena of behavior with multiple standards by some prosecutors should be identified, who according to him are involved in theft with tenders, abuse of public money and abuse of office. He states that some prosecutors are involved in suspicious telephone communications and connections with traffickers' families, having unjustified assets, including villas in Lalzi Bay.
" For Mr. Dumani, not only questions are needed because some may not be answered because they are supposedly investigative secrets, but during the discussions, all phenomena of behavior with multiple standards by an ordinary thief prosecutor for the same phenomena must be raised: theft with tenders, abuse of public money or abuse of office.
That out of 20 prosecutors that SPAK has, there are 2-3 who appear in BQ, SKY, ECRO phone communications, as well as with family members who traffic in unjustified wealth like Kraja with a villa in Lalzi Bay.
It has been about 9 months since February 10, when Erion Veliaj was arrested, that 9 SPAK prosecutors who are in the anti-corruption section of high-ranking officials have been sleeping on the files or are trying to close deals to line their pockets.
"Leave the nonsense about extending the mandate of some stupid prosecutors to Dumani, because these 20 prosecutors are not saints, but in terms of personal, moral and professional integrity they are the end of the corps of 400 prosecutors that Albania has had ," writes Murrizi.
