Democratic MP Dashnor Sula, who will not be part of the new Parliament that begins its work in September, appears to have distributed a coded message to Democratic leader Sali Berisha, whom Prime Minister Edi Rama nicknamed 'The Swamp Owl' during the campaign for the May 11 elections.
Sula has published a photo online holding an owl in his hand, about which he writes "sitting in the middle of the road, just like a symbol of the old resistance that does not know how to run away, but does not know how to move forward. His eyes are like those of a system that follows every movement, but does not understand any direction."
