Plarent Ndreca will be the youngest deputy in the Parliament of Albania, taking the place of Arben Ahmetaj. After Ndreca came out clean on the decriminalization form, Chief Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi made the decision to give him the mandate, while he must then be sworn in at the plenary session.
"After the verifications carried out with the next candidate Plarent Ndreca, I decided to give the mandate to the deputy of the Sheiperia assembly, the next candidate of the multi-name list of the SP for the electoral area of Tirana district, Mr. Plarent Ndreca" , stressed the head of the CEC Ilirjan Celibashi in today's meeting.
This comes after Dallandyueshe Bici refused the mandate of the SP deputy. A few days ago, she replied to the Central Election Commission, that she will not accept the filling for the vacancy created after Arben Ahmetaj lost the mandate of deputy.
