The deputy of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, has accused Prime Minister Rama and Minister of the Interior Balla that by their order all the data of the Tims system were exported to Cyprus. According to Noka, this action was carried out with the sole purpose of the authorities destroying the evidence that implicates them in meetings with elements of organized crime.
"Two days ago, the super-scandal of the theft and export of all the data of the TIMS system of the first and only narco-state in Europe, of the Minister of Crime, Edi Rama, broke out.
On August 2, 2023, Ervin Muça, the Director of the Department of Information Technology in the State Police, newly appointed by order directly and outside of any criteria, and in flagrant violation of the law, by the Minister of Crime Edi Rama, verbally ordered all database and server staff to perform an immediate export of the entire TIMS database to an external hard drive that was personally maintained by this person.
This secret data, according to experts familiar with the system, includes all entries and exits of people from the country's borders, biometric documents, generals, criminal and non-criminal events, police actions, investigative files, terrorist lists, car fines, information territorial secret etc.
This illegal oral order was immediately opposed by the head of the system sector, Ardit Muça, who informed his superiors from the minister to the General Director of Police and below. But his announcement fell on deaf ears, and Ervin Muça, using employees of two private companies of IT Soft & Solution of Ermal Beqiri, and the company "Horizon", who came during the afternoon hours near the laboratory of DTI- of, on "Mine Peza" street, have performed data export.
While waiting for the end of the export process, these persons have stated that they are one IT employee of KKB, and two others from the company "Horizon". But according to well-informed sources, the employees are from the company "Horizon", with NIPT K52225004V, they have exported to Cyprus the database of the TIMS system. The exportation process was done in the presence of Besjon Tanuz, who has been a week since, on the order of Taulant Balla, contrary to the law, and without a security certificate, he came as a director with the mission of this very theft.
During the export, there were present from the DTI of the Police, Albana Vrapi from the Database Sector, Enkli Hoxha from the Servers Sector, Egis Hidri from the Servers Sector, Xhulja Çollaku from the Servers Sector, Elvis Hysi from the Servers Sector.
But sending data to government media has criminal purposes. One thing is certain, that they will be used for data trading with crime gangs, for bargaining and blackmail and destruction of essential evidence of the criminal actions of today's rulers registered in the TIMS system.
We recall here that in this system all the trips abroad of Olsi Rama, with the group of Revenge for Justice of Xibraka, are recorded 54 trips of Taulant Balla with Edmond Bego, the trafficker and deputy of Aldo Bares, the entries are recorded and outings and meetings with Edi Rama of members of Mexico's Sinaloa cartel.
The Democratic Party strongly denounces this criminal state operation of Edi Rama and Taulant Balla, which greatly endangers the security of the country, the region and Europe.
It guarantees the Albanians that, in the framework of the war with zero tolerance against organized crime, the initiators of this criminal operation Edi Rama-Taulant Balla, and the enforcers Ervin Muça and everyone who participated in this ugly crime will face the law and all his strength" , said Noka.
