The meeting of the leadership of the Socialist Party has ended.
Prime Minister Rama gathered the political leaders of the districts today in the pink headquarters, where the focus of the meeting was the upcoming parliamentary elections. Specifically, the votes of the diaspora, while there are still a few days left from the start of the registration process for immigrants who want to participate in the May 11 elections.
Rama has instructed his people to create a database with contacts of immigrants living abroad in order to maximize the vote of the diaspora in favor of the majority.
At the Presidency meeting, it was also decided that Eduard Shalesi be appointed political leader in Kukës, thus replacing Pandeli Majko.
While the current leader of this district, Pandel Majko, will come to Tirana and be assigned an electoral area, just like in the case of Blendi Gonxhe, who was assigned the Kombinat area.
