The head of the FRPD, Besar Xhaferri, who is positioned on the side of Berisha, has made a statement on Facebook about the elections for the head of the PD. Xhaferri writes that the process is null and void and in violation of the statute.

Today is not a good day for pluralism, as a group of renegades are unfairly kicking the sweat and hard work of the Albanian opposition people, becoming an appendage and decoration for the most corrupt government in Europe.
The low participation in this process is the best proof of that electoral farce, since the Democrats have chosen to abandon the dolphins of the parties and associations that think they are wearing the PD costume. This process is null and in violation of any statute and its only mission is to boycott the action of the real opposition. The photo shows everything: the first vote but the box is not empty", he writes.
