Does Albin Kurti endanger power? The security expert reveals the
Albin Kurti

Security expert Drizan Shala says that Albin Kurti had a big increase in the electorate after the attack in Banjska.

According to him, if in 2024 there will be any event that affects Kosovo's national security, the country will go to the polls and Albin Kurti will win by a landslide.

"His position in power is valued over the possibilities of leading the country to a chaos, at the moment when there are wars in the Western Balkans, there is a greater liking for the leaders. And this will have to be the key argument; at the most critical moment of security in Kosovo, we will find ourselves before the elections, and this would ensure an absolute victory in the elections for Kurt", the expert told Euronews Albania.

We remind you that Kosovo celebrates the new year with the liberalization of visas.

From January 1, 2024, citizens of Kosovo will be able to travel without visas in what is known as the Schengen area, consisting of 27 countries, most of them members of the European Union. Visa-free travel will mainly serve for tourist or family visits and not for employment purposes.

The Prime Minister of the country, Albin Kurti from the International Airport of Pristina "Adem Jashari", once again congratulated the citizens of Kosovo for the lifting of visas, saying that they have waited a lot for this day.

"We have waited too long, an injustice is being removed from today. Our citizens will now be able to move to 32 countries. Today, 50 citizens who won this opportunity in the framework of our campaign will travel to Vienna. To respect the criteria, and wherever we travel, let's not forget that our home is Kosovo. Congratulations on the new year and for the last time congratulations on the liberalization of visas", said Kurti.
