The Serbian lawyer, Cedomir Stojkovic, was stopped by the Serbian police at the Tabanoc border point, while returning to Serbia.
Stojkovic was yesterday at the memorial complex in Prekaz, where he laid flowers on the grave of Blerina Jashari, the 7-year-old who was killed by Serbian military forces during the attack on the Jashari family in March 1998.
Agim Musliu, director of the "Octopus" Institute, announces on his "X" profile that lawyer Stojkovic is being interrogated by BIA agents.
"Cedomir Stojkovic is stopped at the Tabanoci border by the Serbian police! The passport is confiscated, in the face of interrogation by BIA agents", writes Musliu.
Stojkovic announced earlier that he would travel to Belgrade and that he is not afraid because according to him, it is an obligation to do what is right and proper.
"Tomorrow I will go to Belgrade and I have no reason to be afraid. We have an obligation to do what is right and what is right", he wrote.
This visit of the Serbian lawyer was announced a few days ago and is a response to the policy of the Serbian president, Aleksandar Vucic.
A few weeks ago, his Serbian opposition client, Nikola Sandulovic, was arrested by the Serbian secret service BIA, after paying homage at the "Adem Jashari" memorial complex in Prekaz.
