He is Goran Petronijevic, one of the most mysterious people not only of Serbia but of the entire Balkans.
Born in Medvedja, Petronijevic was one of the partners and close friends of one of the most terrible people in Serbia, Dusan Spasojevic, namely the head of the infamous Zemun gang.
Meanwhile, to come to the Russian connection, Petronijevic is the head of a network of tourism and media companies called Ruski Ekspres. The company ostensibly operates as a travel and tourism agency exclusively for Russia, while publishing a newspaper both online and in print called Proket Za Srbia (Project for Serbia). This media only deals with political and geopolitical analysis to convince the Serbian public opinion to maintain an alliance only with Russia and China, and not with the West and NATO. Part of this network is the so-called International Committee for Slobodan Milosevic, an association to glorify the bloodthirsty Serbian dictator.

Të dy e dinin shqipen rrjedhshëm. Spasojeviçi, në fillim të “karrierës” së tij, kur bënte grabitje me dhunë, fliste me viktimat në gjuhën shqipe për tu kamufluar. Ndaj kundërshtari i tij Ljubisha Buha Çume e thërriste me nofkën “shiptari”. E madje për këtë ndikoi që edhe shumë media ta quanin të tillë, edhe pse nofka e Spasojeviçit ishte “Duça”.
Petronijeviç ka mbrojtur gjithashtu edhe Sasha Pejakoviç Pelet, ish-snajperistin e Beretave të Kuqe serbe, mik i Legijas, i cili qëlloi personalisht kundër kryeministrit serb. Dokumenti i shërbimeve perëndimore, e konsideron njeriun kyç të lidhjes ruse, por që natyrisht e ka kryer në mënyrë perfide për të mos u zbuluar nga Perëndimi.
