1. Saliu makes this comparison: the new salaries of the members of the Constitutional Court will be as much as 65 minimum pensions, or as much as 40 average pensions in the city.
2. With a call and propaganda in the parliament and through the deputies of the floor with a draft, Saliu is asking to approve the vital minimum in the amount of 200 Euros per month, for every citizen without income.
The comparison between the salaries of the judges of the Constitution and the minimum and average pensions with a difference of 40-60 times more, is a painful and shameful reality for a poor country with degraded justice like Albania.
In the same way, the request to urgently set the minimum wage is very fair and we are the only ones in the 6 countries of the region outside the EU that have not set it.
But before Saliu makes the comparison of the deep inequality, in the social-financial treatment between citizens and pensioners, he must say why 5 months ago, together with the representatives of the floor and the SP and Edi Rama at the head, he voted for the law on the salaries of MPs as many as 40 minimum pensions, in addition to bonuses, an additional 1.6 million ALL per month.
For example, Sali Berisha of all MPs, with the increase in April 2023, the basic monthly salary has become 3.2 million ALL, or double the salary they had before, as well as an additional 1% for each year of seniority, but not more than 20%, which according to Saliu's account is 3.8 million ALL per month.
But Saliu does not compare the citizens' pensions, not even with the food bonus of 700,000 lek per month, which the parliament gives him, which is equal to 9 minimum pensions in the city.

Without any doubt, that the draft law for making 7 million lek for the salaries of parasites and shopkeepers of the Constitutional Court, is Edi Rama's madness and affair, to guarantee the capture of superior justice, not to overturn any mafia law or decision. / Pamphlet
