Ka zëra, se ia ka dhënë ish-ortaku i Gërdecit, Efraim Diveroli, por që të mos mbetet dyshim e të mos quhet shpifje, SPAK e ka detyrim të hetojë veprimet dhe rrugët e transaksioneve financiare të Shkëlzen Berishës, lidhur me shpenzimet për proceset gjyqësore të Gërdecit në SHBA.
Ky shpenzim nuk i përket periudhës së para 10 viteve e mund të justifikohet si “Vepër penale e parashkruar”, por është kryer gjatë vitit 2019 e në vazhdim deri sot, duke mos deklaruar këto mijëra USD që “Berishët” harxhuan për fshehjen e lidhjes me krimin e Gërdecit./Pamfleti
