Flow at the border point in Merdarë, citizens wait in line

Immigrants who are coming to Kosovo, but also those who are leaving their homeland, are facing long waiting lines at the border point in Merdare.

Citizens say they have waited up to three hours, while footage shows long lines of vehicles up to 1.2 kilometers long.

Mehmet Krasniqi, an immigrant from Germany, as he recounts the fatigue of the long journey, says that everything is worth it for Kosovo.

During the last weeks, immigrants from Kosovo are constantly facing long queues at the border points of their country as a result of the increased flow at the counters brought by the summer season.
