Frederick Abrahams, who is an official of the Human Rights Watch organization, is continuing the testimony in the trial of the former president of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi and others at the Hague Court.
He is being interviewed by Ben Emmerson, Kadri Veseli's lawyer. Emmerson said the witness reports are just a recycling of Serbian news.
The official of Human Rights Watch is testifying about the reports that he and his colleagues had prepared in the war period within the work of this organization.
The hearing was told that those reports had cited the Center for Humanitarian Law in writings sourced from Serbian media.
Witness Abrahams stated that Human Right Watch had the same working methodology as the Humanitarian Law Center.
The British lawyer of Kadri Veseli presented the documents showing the source of Human Right Watch reports.
"It says, all the research carried out by the Humanitarian Center in the period from 1990-1999, all these researches had a common methodology with ours... We just saw this last example where what you have done is nothing else but a recycling of Serbian news reports in your report ," Emmerson said.
