On the eve of the elections, Grenell attacks Kurti; is Trump's special

The Kurti government was not credible during either Trump's first term or Biden's. Both Republicans and Democrats have repeatedly criticized Kurti for taking unilateral actions that destabilize the region. So have the EU and NATO. The international community is united against Kurti.

No more than 5 days from the parliamentary elections in Kosovo, diplomat Ruchard Grenell, with the status of special envoy of President Donald Trump, has attacked Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.

According to Grenell, American companies are expanding in Albania and Serbia, but not in Kosovo, and this is because of Kurti.

Grenell states that Kurti's government has not been and is not trustworthy for either Joe Biden's or Donald Trump's administration.

"I have many friends in Kosovo and Albania...and many friends in Serbia and throughout the region. The Trump administration has worked and will continue to work toward peace for all in the Balkans. But we need reliable partners."

The Kurti government was not credible during either Trump's first term or Biden's. Both Republicans and Democrats have repeatedly criticized Kurti for taking unilateral actions that destabilize the region. So have the EU and NATO. The international community is united against Kurti.

American companies are expanding in Albania and Serbia, but they are not expanding in Kosovo because of Kurti. Kurti has also been against every American idea offered by presidents Clinton, Bush, Obama, Biden and Trump. The rhetoric used by Kurti now, claiming that he is close to the US and better than all other governments in Kosovo, is absolutely false. Do not be fooled,” Grenell declared.

Grenell's statements on the eve of the parliamentary elections to be held on February 9 in Kosovo are neither more nor less an intervention in the process, highlighting the Prime Minister and the leader of the VV as the problem facing Kosovo.

It seems that Grenell is continuing with the game of official Belgrade, more precisely of Serbian President Vučić, who also identifies Kurti as the problem in Serbia-Kosovo relations. At a time when protests have been taking place in Belgrade and throughout Serbia for weeks that have paralyzed the country, Grenell called on demonstrators to protest peacefully, while there were reports of violence that the Serbian police and secret service were exercising against the protesters. So in the case of the anti-Vučić protests in Serbia, Grenell sees the problem in the protesters, while in Kosovo he sees it in Kurti. /Pamphlet/
