Who are Dinko Gruhonjic and Milla Pajic, the two "fighters" who are overthrowing the Serbian regime?
Novi Sad is the New Prishtina, while Vojvodina is heading towards the path of freedom and independence as the Republic of Kosovo.
This is what is being said among citizens in Serbia, who protest daily against the regime of Aleksandar Vučić, seeking to be freed from the shackles of bigotry in Serbia, which has stifled the people of Vojvodina since the occupation of Vojvodina in 1918. The fighters for justice who have been proclaimed as leaders of the protests are professor Dinko Gruhonjić and the brave fighter for democracy, Milla Pajić.
Dinko Gruhonjic's students claim that his model is the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, who ended up in prison for leading the Albanian student movement. He fought just like Gruhonjic against Serbian politics.
" Professor Gruhonjic's favorite book is Gustav Le Bon's "Psychology of Crowds" and his model in political action is Mr. Kurti. And he clearly told us in his lectures that one day, when Vojvodina becomes independent, he will bring Kurti to the University of Novi Sad to convey to the youth the experiences of his fight against the Serbian regime, the same enemy that Dinko Gruhonjic also opposes. This is his hero and personal model, just as he boasts that he was named after the great Croatian hero Dinko Šakić. He studied crowd psychology and supplemented it with the experience of Albin Kurti's student activism and the courage he showed at that time ," said one of the students who attended Dinko Gruhonjic's lectures.
The most ardent fighter for justice, besides Dinko Gruhonjic, is the young Milla Pajic, whose words made public in one of the most famous restaurants in Novi Sad after yesterday's grand protest, are circulating among students: " Serbia will not have to exist, Vojvodina will, just like Kosovo will, so that it can go its own way, and then Sandzak. I appreciate Mr. Kurti for the bravery and the pressures he has faced in the fight with the regime in Belgrade. Kosovo should be given the right to protect Albanians in southern Serbia because this is a legitimate right so that one day they can be part of the state of Kosovo. We will have nothing against this being a demand in the future. We should be grateful to the Croats, Zagreb and Pristina are the two greatest friends of Vojvodina ", were the words narrated by Milla Pajic.
It remains to be seen the situation in Serbia and whether Vojvodina's democratic demand for self-determination will succeed.
