Clash with Vjosa Osmani over the Association and Gërvalla's letter?

"I do not have any problem." This is what the Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti expressed in "Debate" on A2 CNN, as he was asked by the moderator Alba Alishani about the rumors that speak of a crisis in his relationship with President Vjosa Osmani.

Faced with the fact that Osmani reacted angrily after the missing consultation with the government regarding the letter to the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority that the Foreign Minister, Donika Gërvalla, sent to the Council of Ministers within the time limits, Kurti said that such clashes have occurred during 3 years of governance, but have been overcome with negotiations.

The head of the legislature in Pristina refused, as he said, to make the television studio analyst to comment on his relationship with the President.

In the case of the Council of Europe and the failure to cross that threshold, it seems that there was also a lack of inter-institutional coordination and here I have a stimulus from the letter that Ms. Gërvalla sent and it was about a work started towards the CJK for the draft of the Association that maybe it would be a last minute unlock initiative. Did you find it reasonable and was there full coordination of Kosovo's institutions?

I don't think that this topic is more current, since May 17 was the day when something could have changed with a last offer for us to write the statute as Mrs. Gërvalla has done, and this was not done because the idea was to have a session of the Council of Ministers for Kosovo to become a member. Since this was not done then we will already wait for the next meeting of the Council of Ministers.

Are you hopeful for a possible extraordinary session, since the balances will also change due to the elections?

We always have hopes, we are always optimistic and we work with everything we know and can, but at the same time for international memberships and integrations we have constitutionality and legality as our guide.

This lack of coordination despite exceeding the actuality has worried your President of the Republic who accused you that it was not a letter consulted with him.

There are many cases like this in the past when we didn't manage to include everything we wanted and needed, but I have to look ahead now.

We are talking about the mandatory consultation with the President of Kosovo, who said that these are ridiculous excuses and that there was an uncoordinated and not harmonious communication with Speaker Konjufca.

Let that matter be discussed there. It is not that there are sometimes no differences, but there are no differences that are irresolvable contradictions, on the contrary, throughout these 3 years we have overcome all the differences, the differences that we have had, whether in terms of evaluations or operations, always through dialogue. Sometimes the situation has been more difficult, sometimes easier, but in my opinion it is not an alarming and current situation as they have tried to present it.

No problem with the President? Perhaps these different approaches have been brought about by a kind of blessing that the internationals, whenever they have minor irritations or dissatisfactions with you, seem to find the President of the Republic compensated?!

I dont have problems. I can't be the political analyst of television studios in the evening hours. I can tell you my conviction once and I have nothing new to tell you on old questions.
