Asked why he withdrew the police without leaving the criminal gangs, Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that there have been no protests or incidents in the last two weeks.
"The first is that there have been no protests or incidents in the last two weeks. You know there have been arrests like never before against violent extremists. As for the elections, to get there it is necessary to follow the procedures as provided by the law."
Regarding the audio-interception of the head of the parliamentary group of the Vetëvendosje movement, Kurti said:
"First, there the head of the parliamentary group is heard for a few seconds and for many minutes there are preliminary partisan interpretations. The head of the parliamentary group, of course, not only communicates with the heads of other parliamentary groups, but has the duty to secure as many votes as possible. The government has zero dependence on the Serbian List," said Kurti.
Kurti was asked if he communicated with Milan Radojicic.
"I have never communicated or met the person in question. Be careful about this hybrid war that is being waged by Serbia," he said.
