Another serious event allegedly happened in Kosovo, where a pregnant woman was raped by her husband. According to the media in Kosovo, it is known that the violence against the pregnant woman was also the reason for her premature birth.
The victim is only 22 years old, while it is reported that her health condition is currently stabilized.
In a reaction to the media, the University Clinical Center of Kosovo states that the incident has been referred to the police, where procedural actions are being carried out.
" Regarding the case, the law enforcement agencies have been notified. The police stayed there until the birth took place. They are now dealing with her husband. Her condition is stable. Some additional analysis is needed. This is suspected to have come as a result of violence ", the director of the clinic told the media.
This serious event comes after the murder of another woman in Kosovo at the behest of her husband and many similar cases of violence in Albanian-speaking territories.
