Kidnapped by Serbian forces, three Kosovo policemen appear before the

The Serbian lawyer, Cedomir Stojkovic, has said that the three policemen kidnapped from Serbia are in Kralevo, where their hearing is currently taking place before the High Public Prosecutor in Kralevo.

He said that today until 12:30 it should be decided for them after the 48-hour police detention was issued.

"After that, the senior public prosecutor in Kralevë will decide whether to propose detention and then the judge will decide whether to assign detention for 30 days. All this must be decided by 12:30, when the 48-hour police detention expires."

The Serbian lawyer, who describes himself as pro-Western, said that according to the "Brussels Agreement, Serbia treats the Kosovo Police as a legal armed force. Therefore, if a member of that police is found with a weapon in the territory of Serbia without violating other laws, he cannot be arrested, because his status for Serbia is as legal as the status of the police of the Republic of Serbia".

"If Serbia does the opposite, it means that it is violating the Brussels Agreement. And Serbia is doing exactly the opposite".
